The list of the largest companies in Spain contains published by Forbes Magazine in the Forbes Global 2000 list of the largest listed companies in Spain.

The ranking of the annual list of the 2,000 largest publicly traded companies in the world is calculated from a combination of sales, net profits, assets and market value. The rankings of the companies were tallied in the equally weighted categories to a rank. Listed in the table are also the headquarters and the branch. The figures are in billions of U.S. dollars and relate to the fiscal year 2012, the market value on the market price in May 2013.
