This list shows the traditional English equivalents are given for toponyms ( names of cities, landscapes, rivers, mountains, etc.) of the German-speaking world. As always with exonyma speaking, the rarer they are needed, the greater the likelihood that - also use the endonyms - out of ignorance or on purpose.
