List of islands of Namibia

This is a list of the islands of Namibia. Namibia has some very small islands in the Atlantic and some river islands.

Islands

The Atlantic islands are under the Meob - Chamais marine protected area ( with the exception of Iceland Flamingo ) from Namibian Coast Conservation and Management Project ( Nacoma ) managed and monitored. Acting on behalf of the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources and the Ministry of Environment and Tourism. The definition of islands and rocks and small islands are based on information from Nacoma.

Islets and rocks

The following islands are only a few square meters in size and is temporarily überspühlte rocks. All are located in the Atlantic and belong to the Penguin Islands.
