Livingston Energy Flight was an Italian airline based in Milan and base at Milan Malpensa Airport.

History

The airline was founded on 13 January 2003 and started flight operations in May 2003. Precursor is founded in 1990, Lauda Air Italy owned by Volante Niki Lauda was controlled. In turn, the majority share of Volante belonged to the group Ventaglio. On 31 March 2003 the Gruppo Ventaglio took over the shares of Volante and closed Lauda Air Italy and Livingston under the name Livingston Aviation Group together. Last time was the Viaggi del Ventaglio Group is the sole owner of the airline.

On 8 October 2010 Livingston Energy Flight announced that the Italian civil aviation authority ENAC has revoked the operating license of the Company as of October 14, 2010, 24:00 Clock.

In 2012, the successor company Compagnia Aerea Livingston took to flight operations and took over some of the routes of its predecessor.

Fleet

At the time of setting of operation in October 2010 the fleet of Livingston Energy Flight consisted of six aircraft. All machines were returned to the lessors.
