Lola Prusac

Lola Prusac ( born January 18, 1895 in Łódź, Poland, † 29 October 1985 in Paris) was a fashion designer in Paris.

Life

Prusac in 1926 by Émile Hermès Maurice ( 1871-1951 ), owner of the fashion house Hermès, hired to develop the field of women's clothing, especially sports, swimming, and leisure modes. She created in 1930, the first Silk Scarves Hermès scarves les. ,

Prusac founded in 1935 her own boutique in Paris in the house 93 rue du Faubourg Saint- Honoré and was even up to 1980 active there.

She is known for her knitwear, Silk, in part, by interacting with gold and silver threads, imitation jewelery, inspired by surrealism, handbags for the evening, very innovative hats and the two perfumes Sega and Gant de crin.
