Lormont

Lormont is a French town with 20,557 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the Gironde department in the region of Aquitaine. The city is located in the district of Bordeaux and is the capital (French: chef- lieu) of the Canton of Lormont.

Lormont is located northeast of Bordeaux on the east bank of the Garonne. The community belongs to the community association Communauté Urbaine de Bordeaux and is by tram and bus lines of the TBC opened ( end of line A tram ride from Bordeaux).
