Lucius Caecilius Metellus Diadematus was a politician of the Roman Republic.

Lucius Caecilius Metellus Diadematus was the second son of Quintus Caecilius Metellus Macedonicus. He got his nickname because of the association of a head wound. Diadematus was probably enemy of Gaius Gracchus. As consul in 117 BC, he promoted the development of the land in Italy and perhaps put the Via Caecilia on.
