Lukáš Melich

Lukáš Melich (born 16 September 1980 in Jilemnice ) is a Czech hammer thrower.

At the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 2005, he retired as of the qualification as at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and the 2009 World Championships in Berlin.

In 2012, he was sixth at the Olympic Games in London. 2013 he presented on June 15 in Szczecin with 80.28 meters on his personal record and won bronze at the World Championships in Moscow.

Previously he was eight times national champion (2003, 2006-2013 ).
