Luxembourg Cup
The Luxembourg Football Cup (French Coupe de Luxembourg) is the national cup competition for club teams of the Luxembourg Football Federation FLF (Fédération Luxembourgeoise de Football ). This competition is played since the 1921/22 season. The pairings will be drawn before each round. Since 1994, the final at the Stade Josy Barthel is (8,000 seats) in the capital of Luxembourg discharged.
Current mode
Up to and including the 2000/2001 season, the individual Cup rounds were drawn independently of the various leagues. Thus could theoretically all clubs in the country meet. Since the 2001/2002 season, the Cup rounds was changed to the following system:
