Lyen Wong
Lyen Wong ( * August 5, 1974 in Matanzas / Cuba; Milagros Lyen Wong Aseguinolaza full name ) is a German - Cuban fitness athlete. She has won the German Championship of the NAC Germany in the category Miss Fitness and Miss Universe title of the NABBA International Inc. in the Category shape as well as other national and international titles since its competition debut in 2005.
Curriculum vitae
Lyen Wong was on 5 August 1974 in the provincial capital of Matanzas, about 100 km east of Havana, who was born in Cuba. Your ancestors came from Spain ( Basque Country ), China and Africa. She graduated from the Universidad de Matanzas Camilo Cienfuegos, where he studied English literature until the conclusion as " Licenciada " in 1997. Before moving to Europe in 2001, first to Madrid / Spain, 2003 then to Dusseldorf, she worked as a fitness trainer in Cuban tourism center Varadero. Since 2008 she lives with her husband in Miami Beach, Florida, where he works as a personal trainer.
Competitions
Since 2005 Lyen Wong participates in fitness competitions. In Germany, she started for the association NAC Germany, in the United States for the Association of NPC.
