Lyudmila Grigoryevna Postnowa (Russian Людмила Григорьевна Постнова, scientific transliteration Lyudmila Grigor'evna Postnova; born August 11, 1984 in Yaroslavl ) is a Russian handball player. Their body length is 1.83 m.

Postnowa that for the Russian Zvezda Zvenigorod Club ( number 5 shirt ) plays and runs for the Russian national team, is mostly used as a back center of the room.

Lyudmila Postnowa began with twelve years in her hometown with the handball game. For the local first division team of Yaroslavl, she debuted in the first Russian league before moving to the top club HC Lada Togliatti in 2002. With the women from the Motor City, she won the Russian Cup in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. In 2007, she reached the finals of the EHF Champions League. In January 2010 she moved to league rivals Zvezda Zvenigorod.

Lyudmila Postnowa has been disputed over 100 caps for the Russian national team. With Russia in 2005 she was at home, in France in 2007 and in China in 2009 world champion; at the European Championships in 2006 she won silver. In the 2008 Olympics she won the silver medal and was elected to the All- Star team. In summer 2012 she participated in the Olympic Games in London.
