M-1 Global

M- 1 Global (M-1 MixFight ) is an organizer of MMA fighting, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, the hosts between 40 and 50 tournaments annually. The owners are Vadim Finkelstein and Fedor Vladimirovich Jemeljanenko.

The most famous event series of M - 1 Global is the M-1 Challenge, a team event, which takes place at various locations. The teams consist of five fighters, one per weight class.

The event will be broadcast in over 100 countries. For 2010, over 30 countries have agreed to compete in the M-1 Challenge. Furthermore, M- 1 Global co- promotion with Strikeforce.
