Madarosis

Madarosis (Greek madaros, bald), also Madesis, means the failure of the eyelashes and lateral eyebrows. It can be caused by a chronic inflammatory disease of the eyelid, particularly by chronic blepharitis and as a side effect of a medication glaucoma therapy with prostaglandin F2a antagonists.
