Madeleine Anette Gustafsson ( born August 12, 1980 in Eskilstuna, born Madeleine Anette Grundström ) is a former Swedish handball player.

The 1.82 m wide goalkeeper played for the Danish first division club Aalborg DH. With Aalborg she reached the finals of the Danish Cup Season 2008/ 09, failed there but at Viborg HK. From September 2009, she fell from the long term due to a back injury. Due to this injury had to end her career in 2010 Gustafsson.

For the Swedish national team Gustafsson played 148 internationals. The Three Crowns team, she participated in the 2008 Olympic Games.

On June 27, 2009 Madeleine married the handball player Mattias Gustafsson.
