The University Magna Graecia (Italian: Università degli Studi " Magna Graecia " di Catanzaro) is an Italian University in Catanzaro. It is one of three public universities in the Calabria region, was established in 1998. The newly built campus of the University is located in the Quartier Germaneto located about 6 km west from the center of Catanzaro. The fledgling university consists of three faculties.
