Magni ... blandinn ok megintiri ... ( ... Mixed with starch and proud splendor ... ') is the second studio album by the German - Icelandic Viking Metal band Falkenbach. It was released on 21 January 1998 via Napalm Records. It was also released in 2002 via Skaldic Art Productions vinyl ( limited to 1000 copies).
Style
The texts are all given in English and act by Norse mythology. The album was more melodic than its predecessor and has been praised by magazines high. The Rock Hard magazine recorded the album in the list of " 250 Black Metal albums you should know " on.
Formation
Magni ... blandinn megintiri ok ... is the last album, was involved in the Vratyas alone. After the album was almost 6 years quietly to Falkenbach what the rumor raised, he would dissolve the band. In an interview, however, he says he " find it important to have the right time for an album, without paying attention to commercial aspects. " In 2003 he released the follow up album Ok then nefna tysvar ty.
