Mágocs

Mágocs ( German: Magotsch, Croatian Magoč ) is a small town in Hungary. The approximately 2,500 inhabitants (2008 ) scoring settlement located in the northern part of Baranya county. The climate is relatively mild in both summer and winter. The average annual temperature is 10 to 10.5 ° C.

Traffic

The only public road to the neighboring village Alsómocsolád via Mágocs. Set 5 km outside of the village is a station on the railway line built in 1872 Dombóvár - Bataszek. Dombóvár, the nearest large town, situated about 7 km away.
