Magyar Televízió

Magyar Televízió ( MTV, German Hungarian Television ) is a public Hungarian television station which operates two television programs, m1 and m2. The produced also by MTV program m3 (also called webm3 ) is distributed solely via the Internet.

Funding is provided by grants from the State that are approved by the parliamentary majority, and by advertising revenue. History

On May 1, 1957, the transmission operation began when it was reported on the celebrations on May 1. In 1959 there were already 50,000 users.
