Maison Blanche (Paris Métro)

Maison Blanche is an underground station of the Paris Métro. It is located below the Avenue d'Italie in the 13th arrondissement of Paris and is served by the Métro line 7. The station is named after the district of Paris. In the vicinity is the Quartier asiatique.

The station was taken on March 7, 1930 in operation, as the portion of line 10 (line 7 today ) was opened by the station 'Place d'Italie to Porte de Choisy. On April 26, 1931, the lines of several lines in the south of Paris has been altered so since the line 7 took the southern route of the line 10. Plans envisage that the line 14 from the station Olympiades way to Villejuif - Louis Aragon is extended and it would also operate at the station. Since 1982, the route of line 7 bifurcates after the station. In exchange then the trains of line 7 to Villejuif- Louis Aragon or Mairie d' Ivry up.
