Maitum, Sarangani

Maitum (Filipino: Bayan ng Maitum ) is a Philippine municipality in the province of Sarangani, Administrative Region XII SOCCSKSARGEN. It has 41 675 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 19 barangays. It is classified as a church of the first income class in the Philippines and as a partially urbanized.

Kalamansig is located in the west of the province, along the shores of Celebes Sea, about 125 km west of Alabel and can be reached via the coastal road. Domestically, the community, the Daguma Mountains rises. Your neighboring communities include Lake Sebu in the north, Palimbang the northwest, Kiamba in the east.
