The Maksim Gorkiy (Russian Максим Горький ) is a moving under the Russian flag 4 star river cruise ship built in 1974 at the shipyard Korneuburg the Austrian shipyards AG Linz in Korneuburg / Austria and to the Volga River shipping company (Russian ГП Волжское объединённое речное пароходство МРФ РСФСР ) was delivered in Gorki. It belongs to Maksim Gorkiy - class (Project Q -040 ). The ship was named after the Soviet writer Maxim Gorky.

Description

The river cruise ship with four passenger decks belongs to a 1974 to 1975 produced series of four ships of the type Maksim Gorkiy / Vasiliy Surikov, which was also known as "Project Q -040 " / "Project Q- 040A ".
