Makuti

Makuti is a 1100 m high altitude inhabited place in the Mashonaland West province in Zimbabwe. It is a lonely season and small village on the road from Chirundu on the border with Zambia to Chinhoyi. From Makuti a road leads to Kariba and the dam.

The economy of Makuti is somewhat determined by the National Parks of the adjacent valley of the Zambezi River, is located at the upper boundary of the site. There is a Safari Hotel. Near cordierite is reduced.

Makuti has a private, 1,000 -meter-long airstrip.
