Malewiebamani

Malowijebamani was a Nubian king who reigned possibly in the 5th century BC.

Malowijebamani is known of his pyramid Nu 11 Nuri. His dead Tele, which was certainly placed in the pyramid, found himself installed in a Christian church. From Malowijebamani there is an altar of granite, which was found at Barkal mountain and there he lettered blocks from Sanam, which certainly come from a temple.

With Malowijebamani a period of Nubian history, whose rulers are very poorly documented ends. From Malowijebamani and the following rulers there again more monuments. Malowijebamani is the father of Arikamaninote and Talachamani.
