Manpower Inc. is one of the three largest HR service providers worldwide. The headquarters of the company, with around 3,500 offices in 80 countries, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Business areas include recruitment, temporary workers and other human resource solutions. ManpowerGroup is the leader in providing services that help companies in the changing world of work can be successful.

The company was founded in 1948 by the attorneys Elmar L. Winter and Aaron Scheinfeld in Milwaukee and is thus the inventor of the time work. The Germany-based Manpower GmbH & Co. KG Personnel Services was founded in 1965 in Frankfurt am Main and is therefore also in Germany a pioneer in the field of HR services. ManpowerGroup Germany is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Throughout Germany one finds the ManpowerGroup at approximately 150 locations with 20,000 employees. This generated a turnover of 586 million euros in fiscal 2012.

Under the umbrella of ManpowerGroup act in Germany the companies Manpower, Experis, ManpowerGroup Solutions and Right Management. Together with the joint venture bank Power, Aviation, Power and Vivento Interim Services is the group leader in the industry and professional specialization.
