Manuel C. Sobreviñas

Manuel C. Sobreviñas ( born April 7, 1924 in Dinalpihan, Philippines ) is a retired Bishop of Imus.

Life

Manuel C. Sobreviñas received on 10 March 1955, the ordination.

John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop on 7 April 1979 in Manila and Titular Bishop of Tulana. The Archbishop of Manila, Jaime Lachica Cardinal Sin, consecrated him on 25 May of the same year the bishop; Were co-consecrators Amado y Paulino Hernandez, Auxiliary Bishop of Manila, and Protacio Gungon, Auxiliary Bishop of Manila.

On February 25, 1993, he was appointed Bishop of Imus. On 22 October 2001, Pope John Paul II accepted his resignation age-related.
