Marcel Heister

Marcel Heister (born 27 July 1992 Albstadt- Ebingen ) is a German footballer who is primarily used as an attacking midfielder.

Career

Marcel Heister began playing football in the youth of the unterklassigen club TSV Gammertingen before he moved to the youth department of the SSV Reutlingen. In summer 2010, he moved from the A- youth of the SSV, for whom he had scored in the 2009/10 season in 21 games six goals, the second team of the Bundesliga side TSG 1899 Hoffenheim in the Regionalliga Süd. First, he played in the 2010/11 season but only for the A- youth of the TSG in the U-19 Bundesliga and scored in 19 inserts two goals. On May 13, 2012, the 32nd matchday of the Regionalliga 2010/11 season, Heister came to his first race for the second team, as in the home match against Karlsruher SC II (1:5) in the 49th minute he for Wilson Kamavuaka came on. In the following season 2011/12 he came to 25 Regional inserts, but was able to capture a regular place and came mostly as a substitute for use.

End of August 2012 changed Heister to the Croatian first division side NK Zadar and signed a four-year contract until the end of June 2016. September 1, 2012, the seventh round of the 2012/13 season, he came on his debut in professional football, as the home game against he NK Istra 1961 (1:1) off the bench in the 78th minute for Mario Bilen.
