Marcia Reale

The Marcia Reale ( the Royal March ), also Fanfara Reale ( Royal Fanfare ), was the Italian national anthem of 1861 until 1946. The melody comes from the composer Giuseppe Gabetti ( 1796-1862 ), who in 1831 commissioned by Charles Albert, the King of Sardinia - Piedmont, wrote.

From 1922 to 1943 it used on official occasions in each case immediately the Giovinezza to follow the party anthem of the Partito Nazionale Fascista.
