Marco Stier
Marco Stier ( born March 26, 1984 in Hamburg ) is a former German football player.
Career
Clubs
In his youth he played with the Hamburg clubs SC Concordia, St. George SV and FC St. Pauli and three years, 1999 to 2002 in the youth department of SV Werder Bremen.
The midfielder Marco Stier - actually a trained striker - was active in his youth four years in the second team of Werder Bremen, moved at this time, even several times in the Bundesliga squad, but had no use. After 50 Regional play for the second team, in which he scored six goals, he moved to 2006/07 season for FC Bayern Munich in the Second Team, he first, injury, could deny no game for a long time.
His debut for FC Bayern Munich II, he gave only (Matchday 3 ) 16 August 2008 in a 1-0 victory at home to Dynamo Dresden in the newly created 3rd league. After 14 non- league games, he moved to the winter break of the season 2008/ 09 to the third division Holstein Kiel. With three goals in 16 games he wore at the end of the season in the Championship, which at the same time the rise in the 3rd league meant, in which he completed 11 more games for the " Storks ". With the immediate relegation of his club after only one year Drittliga membership Taurus changed again the club.
The last two seasons, 2010/11 and 2011/ 12, he graduated from the regional league Hallescher FC in which he - due to the numerous injuries - his career - with simultaneous expiry of his contract June 30, 2012 - finished. In 97 league games, he scored nine goals; a gate in one of the professional leagues, but never succeeded.
National
After Taurus already was used in the selection of teams U-17, U-18 and U-19 National Team, 2003 he was also taken into account three times in the U-20 national team. He made his debut on August 7th in Schaffhausen in a 5-1 victory against the national team of Switzerland and achieved the deficit to 3-0 in the 46th between temporal and the hit to the final score in the 85th minute and his only international goals for this selection team. In the 1-0 win in Ried on November 12 against the selection of Austria and in the 0-3 defeat in Latina on December 10 against the selection of Italy, he was also employed. His three matches were held in the framework of an international round.
