Marek Matuszewski

Marek Matuszewski ( born August 14, 1959 in Zgierz ) is a Polish politician and Member of the Sejm in the V. and VI. Election period.

He finished the automotive technical center. He led his own business as co-owners of two gas stations. From 1994 to 2002 he was a town councilor of Zgierz, then he sat in the council of the powiat Zgierski. After 2002 he was chairman of the city council of Zgierz. He belonged to the Ruch Społeczny to AWS ( AWS Social Movement ), after which he joined the Prawo i Sprawiedliwość ( Law and Justice - PiS) at.

In the 2005 parliamentary elections, he was elected on the list of PiS for the constituency Sieradz in the Sejm. The Sejmwahlen 2007, he was confirmed for the PiS with 12,777 votes as a Member. He belongs to the Sejm commissions for sport and for the connection with the foreign Polonia.
