Marek Panas
Marek Panas ( born November 7, 1951 in Elblag / Poland ) is a former Polish handball player and handball coach.
In March 1982, Panas came to Kiel. Played there Panas, who won recently with the Polish national team the bronze medal at the 1982 World Cup in Germany, on back center of the room. In the following years he made the previously mediocre THW back to a top team in the German handball. In 1987 he also took over as coach and even spent two years as a player coach.
Panas is married and has a son and a daughter. He lives in the village Szteklin near Gdansk. He operates a farm.

- German vice-champion in 1983, 1985 and 1989
- 3rd place at the 1982 World Cup in Germany
- 7th place at the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow
