Margarita Fomina

Margarita Mikhailovna Fomin (Russian Маргарита Михайловна Фомина; born August 19, 1988 in Dmitrov ) is a Russian curler. At the moment she is playing on the position of Alternate and is a member of Moskvitch CC.

International Successfully Fomin was the first time in 2004, when she won the gold medal at the European Curling Junior Indoor Challenge. As Alternate she won the 2006 gold medal of the European Championship alongside Skip Lyudmila Priwiwkowa.

In February 2010, Fomin took part in the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver (Canada) as a member of the Russian team. The team finished ninth.
