Margaryta Pesotska

Marharyta Pessozka (Ukrainian Маргарита Песоцька; * August 9, 1991 in Kiev ) is a Ukrainian table tennis player. She took in 2008 and 2012 at the Olympic Games in part.

Career

First international successes achieved Marharyta Pessozka, where she won nine titles: Single 2006, 2008 and 2009, in a double in 2004 (with Elizabeta Samara ), 2006 ( with Barbora Balazova ) and 2008 ( with Barbora Balazova ) and with the team in 2006 and 2008.

From 2006 to 2013 they participated in eight World Championships, but never came here in the near medal ranks. At the European Championships in 2009, she reached the final, where she defeated Wu Jiaduo from Germany with 0:4 in singles. At the 2011 European Championships, she lost in the semifinals against Irene Ivancan.

2008 and 2012 Marharyta Pessozka qualified for participation in the Olympic Games in the individual competition. In 2008 she won against Marina Shumakova (Kazakhstan ), but then lost against the Spaniard Zhu Fang. In 2012, she came by defeating Sara Ramírez (Spain ) to the next round, then retired but against Li Jiao (Netherlands).
