Marguerite Broquedis

Marguerite Broquedis ( born April 17, 1893 in Pau, † April 23, 1983 in Orléans ) was a French tennis player.

She won at the Olympic Games in Stockholm in 1912 the gold medal in women's singles, as they defeated Dora Köring in the final. In mixed they also went on to win the bronze medal.

At the French Championships, she won in 1913 and 1914 titles in singles and in 1911 and 1924, the Mixed competition. After the championships was opened in 1925 international players, they won again in 1927 the Mixed competition at the side of Jean Borotra.
