Marija Vukčević

Marija Vukčević ( born April 26, 1986 in Titograd, SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Montenegrin football player.

Career

Vukčević started her career at ŽFK Podgorica. In 2001, she left and moved to Podgorica ŽFK Mašinac PZP Niš and there they were at the age of only 15 years her debut in the Prva liga Zenska. In the season 2002/ 03 she took part in the qualification for the UEFA Women 's Cup as the youngest player at 16 years.

At the age of 18 years Vukčević Serbia - Montenegro left and changed for the 2004/ 05 season in the Italian Serie A for ASD Domoconfort Lecce. In Lecce, they did not come into play and moved a season later in the series A2 to the ASD Cavaliere Matera. In the southern Italian region of Basilicata, it developed to power the wearer and, after two years to league rivals Acmei Bari. In the 2007 /08 season she was with Bari fifth in the series A2 and changed in June 2008 to ASD Vis Francavilla. In Vis Francavilla they drew on their performance in Matera and took her team to sixth place in the Serie A2. So she recommended in summer 2009 for a contract with the Serie A club ACF Brescia, was there but due to persistent injuries not cope and returned to the 2010/11 season in the A2 series is back and signed with ASD Real Marsico.

Internationally

Vukčević played in 35 international matches until 2006 for the Serbian - Montenegrin national football team of women. She gave her debut in March 2012 for the Montenegrin national football team of women and scored the first international goal for Montenegro.

Private

In Italy it forms with the Montenegrin footballers Simon Vukčević, Igor Burzanović, Goran Burzanović, Stevan Jovetic and Mirko Vucinic a training group.
