Marina Andrievskaya

Marina Andrievskaya (Russian Марина Владимировна Андриевская transcribed: Marina Vladimirovna Andrijewskaja, transl. Marina Vladimirovna Andrievskaja; born November 20, 1974 in Moscow) is a Swedish badminton player of Russian origin.

Career

Marina Andrievskaya began at the age of nine with the badminton sport, their first coach was Tatjana Subzowa, then Anna Michalewa and Natalia Schtschepitolowa, later Nikolai Nikitin. It included training at the Academy of Physical Education and Sport in Moscow ( Российский государственный университет физической культуры, спорта и туризма ). She was three times Russian champion, winning three titles at the Russian Open 1993. Due to differences with the coaches and the Russian Federation, she joined in 1995 by an offer from Sweden to Gothenburg Badmintonklubb, later they started for Upsala KFUM.
