Marina Blue

Marina Blue is the name of a skyscraper in Miami, Florida. The 2004 Built to 2007 building is 187 meters high, making it the ninth highest in the city. At 57 storeys in addition to some technical equipment for the facility operations are almost exclusively located apartments. Only in the base floors there are several shops. The total floor area is approximately 126,000 square meters. The floor plan of the building is rectangular with rounded outer walls, while the two different levels of roof edges, thus a return arises, were designed by slight rounding.

The skyscraper is located at 888 Biscayne Boulevard, an area in which more high-rise buildings were still being built.
