Marina Rossell

Marina Rossell i Figueras ( born January 17, 1954 in Castellet i la Gornal, Barcelona) is a Catalan singer and sings Spanish and Catalan texts.

It is one of the most important singers of the modern Catalan song. She sings traditional and revolutionary classic Catalan songs, Habanera and original compositions.

She has worked with Georges Moustaki, Montserrat Caballé, Luis Eduardo Aute, Carlos Cano, Pedro Guerra or Tomatito and she has sung in Europe, Latin America and North Africa.
