Maritime Academy of Gdynia

The Maritime Academy Gdynia (Polish: Akademia Morska Gdyni w ) is a nautical University in Gdynia ( Gdynia ) in Poland.

Current President of the University is Józef Lisowski.

History

1920, the present-day maritime academy was as State Nautical School ( Polish: Państwowa Szkola Morska ) founded in Dirschau ( Tczew ). On July 21, 1928, she was moved to Gdynia. With the commissioning of the school's training ship Dar Pomorza 1930, the school moved into a seafaring own construction.
