Marius Borg Høiby

Marius Borg Høiby (born 13 January 1997) is the eldest son of the Norwegian Crown Princess Mette -Marit. His biological father Morten Borg. It grows along with his two half-siblings Prince Sverre Magnus and Princess Ingrid Alexandra on with his stepfather Crown Prince Haakon of Norway and his biological mother. As Marius was not adopted by Haakon, he is not a member of the Norwegian royal family.

Training

In summer 2002, Marius moved together with the royal couple to London, where he attended a preschool. A year later the three moved back to Oslo, where he was enrolled on August 18, 2003 in Jansløkka school in Asker.

Confirmation

On September 2, 2012 Marius was confirmed in the Church of Asker in Oslo. Although Marius is not the grandson of the royal couple, King Harald and Queen Sonja were present, Morten Borg stood beside the Crown Prince Mette- Marit and the two half-siblings by Marius attended the Confirmation.
