Mariusz Åšrutwa

Mariusz Śrutwa ( born July 15, 1971 in Bytom, Poland ) is a former Polish football player.

Club career

Mariusz Śrutwa learned to play football at Polonia Bytom. Where he played from 1989 to 1991 in the 2nd Polish League. In 1991, to Ruch Chorzów. Here he played until 1999 before he moved to Legia Warszawa for two seasons. However, he never made at the Brussels residents that big break and returned back to the end of 2000 Ruch Chorzów, where he still played until 2006. From 2006 to 2007 he played futsal for the Clearex Chorzów. In 2007 he played briefly for Rozwój Katowice in the 3rd Polish League. Overall, Mariusz Śrutwa completed 281 games in Polish Ekstraklasa, scoring 103 goals. In total he completed for Ruch Chorzów in all competitions (1st League 2 League, Cup, UEFA Intertoto Cup, UEFA Cup, etc.) over 400 games and scored 163 goals. In Silesia, he is regarded as a footballer legend.
