Marjan Å trukelj

Marjan Štrukelj (* September 24, 1964 in Nova Gorica, Yugoslavia ) is a former Slovenian canoeist.

His first major success celebrated the launching of the club KK Soške Elektrarne Štrukelj by winning the bronze medal at the Canoe Slalom World Championships 1987 in Bourg -Saint -Maurice in one kayak. Four years later he won the silver medal at the Canoe Slalom World Championships in 1991 in Tacen for Slovenia in one kayak. At the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, ​​he reached number six in one kayak. He scored his last major success at the Canoe Slalom World Championships in 1995 in Nottingham, where he won the silver medal in the one - kayak team competition.
