Mark Evanier

Mark Stephen Evanier ( born March 2, 1952) is an American novelist, screenwriter and comic book author.

Life and work

Evanier decided at an early age, influenced by the unfortunate existence of his father as an employee of the Internal Revenue Service, the U.S. tax authorities, as a freelance and therefore want to work from constraints and paternalism free "artist".

As early as 1969, he succeeded at the age of seventeen to sell first scripts for comic stories to publishers. While he learned the craft of his profession in which the industry acclaimed as " King of the comic world," authors and illustrators Jack Kirby, he earned his money by having written some comic stories for the Walt Disney Company for the foreign market.
