Mark Zimmermann

Mark Zimmermann ( born March 1, 1974 in Bad Salzungen ) is a former German football player. He plays as a striker until 2007 when FC Carl Zeiss Jena and is currently available there as an assistant coach under contract.

Career

Zimmermann played in the youth first with steel bath Salzungen before he moved to the C- youth of Carl Zeiss Jena in 1988. From 1992 to 1998 he played in Jena's first team that played at that time almost constantly in the second division. Only in the 1994/95 season the team played in the Regionalliga West, where it was master and directly climb again.
