Markus Hammerer

Markus Hammerer ( born August 31, 1989) in Braunau am Inn is an Austrian football player. He's been playing at the 2013 Regional Club LASK Linz.

Career

Hammerer began his career at Union Treubach / Rossbach in Upper Austria. In 2004, he joined the youth team of FC Braunau, where he was brought into the first team in 2006. After four years in Braunau, the striker moved in 2008 to the SK Altheim, to whom he remained faithful to one year. 2009 and then moved to Austrian Bundesliga side SV Ried.

After a few missions in the amateurs he came on 13 February 2010 on his first Bundesliga use. In the match against FC Red Bull Salzburg Hammerer came on in the 62nd minute for Florian Sturm. The match ended 1:2.

He scored at the 2nd Cup success of SV Josko Ried against Austria Lustenau both goals and thus shot his club to Cup victory in 2011. During summer 2013 Hammerer signed a contract with the Upper Austrian history, the club LASK Linz.
