Markus Rühl

Markus Rühl ( born February 22, 1972 in Darmstadt ) is a German bodybuilder.

Life

The trained auto mechanics and office clerk began bodybuilding in 1991. Initially, he played football and was only in a gym to strengthen on the advice of a doctor his leg muscles because of an injured knee. But he had joy of training and so he remained in bodybuilding.
