Martin Šulík

Martin Sulik ( born October 20, 1962 in Žilina, Czechoslovakia) is a Slovak actor, screenwriter and director.

Life and work

Martin Sulik is the son of actor Anton Šulík. He studied from 1981 to 1986 at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. As an actor, he performed for the first time in 1984 in the film Uhol pahľadu ( German: View angle) in the role of documentary filmmaker Ivan Stoklas in appearance.

With the film Neha Šulík was in 1991 made ​​his debut as a director. The screenplay for he wrote together with his long -time working partner Ondrej Sulaj. His film Zahrada ( German: the garden ) received five Bohemian lion, the price of the Slovak Film Critics, some awards the International Film Festival Karlovy Vary, the price of the Slovak Film Critics and the Slovak price " Game Newsletter Sign ".
