Martyrs is a Portuguese parish ( freguesia ) in the 1st Bairro the capital Lisbon. The Church is at half the Chiado district.

She is with her 356 inhabitants (as at 30 June 2011) is the smallest municipality of the city. However, it has a high concentration of cultural facilities. To be in this community theater São Luis and the opera São Carlos, the Museum of Modern Art (Museu do Chiado ) and the Faculty of Arts, University of Lisbon. Furthermore, here, the Catholic radio station Rádio Renascença has its headquarters
