Marvin Anderson

Marvin Anderson ( born May 12, 1982 in Trelawny Parish ) is a Jamaican sprinter.

The biggest success of his career, he celebrated at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka. There he won jointly with Usain Bolt, Nesta Carter and Asafa Powell, the silver medal in the 4 x 100 - meter relay. In addition, he was sixth in the 200 s - meter dash in 20.28. Just a month before he took at the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro in second place on 200 m.

At the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008, he took up in the 200 -meter run. With a time of 20.85 s, he qualified for the quarter- finals, left there but out injured.

In the Jamaican Championships Anderson was tested in June 2009 on a positive stimulant. He confessed and been banned for doping for three months.
