Masoller is a village in Uruguay.

Geography

It is located in sector 3 of the department of Rivera in the north-western part of the border with the Nachbardepartamentos Salto and Artigas, as well as Uruguayan neighboring Brazil.

History

Masoller was on September 1, 1904 during the Civil War site of the Battle of Masoller. In September 1990, Masoller was classified by Law No. 8,711 in the " centro Poblado " category.

Population

The place had women in the census in 2011 240 inhabitants, of which 128 are male and 112.
