Master of Architecture

The Master of Architecture (in short " M.Arch. ", Latin for " Master in Architecture ") is an academic degree that can be obtained mainly in Anglo-Saxon by a postgraduate degree program in architecture.

In Germany, the M.Arch. be awarded according to the specifications of the KMK only in a non -consecutive or -training program. Here is the M.Arch. Germany far awarded in two course offerings, from the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg in the postgraduate program in architecture and of the Hochschule Anhalt in Dessau Architecture Master program. In German-speaking countries, he is awarded at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. The M.Arch. is thus very rare in Germany awarded in comparison to the other possible Master degrees in Architecture, Master of Arts ( MA ), Master of Science ( M.Sc.) or Master of Engineering ( M.Eng. ) representing the rule statements.
